Ledcor South Maui Properties and Improvements Final EIS
On February 23, 2025 a Final Environmental Impact Statement (Final EIS) was published in the State of Hawai‘i Office of Planning and Sustainable Development’s Environmental Review Program’s The Environmental Notice. 

The Final EIS was prepared pursuant to the State of Hawai‘i EIS law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, Chapter 343) and the State of Hawai‘i EIS rules (Hawai‘i Administrative Rules, Title 11, Chapter 200.1).
