The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process has started for the Ledcor South Maui Properties and Improvements per Chapter 343, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes (HRS) and Title 11, Chapter 200.1, Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules (HAR).

PROVIDE COMMENTS ON THE EISPN
The EIS Preparation Notice (EISPN) was published by the State of Hawai`i Office of Planning and Sustainable Development's Environmental Review Program (ERP) in the December 8, 2022 edition of The Environmental Notice. The public has thirty days from the publication date to make written comments regarding the proposed action.  Comments received during the public comment period will be included within and addressed in the Draft EIS.

THE DEADLINE TO PROVIDE COMMENTS IS EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 7, 2023, 11:59 PM​
(ORIGINALLY JANUARY 9, 2023)
​Based on the input received at the December 15, 2022 scoping meeting, we will extend the EISPN comment period until February 7, 2023, which is the day before the maximum allowed 30-day extension of an EISPN comment period per HAR Chapter 11-200.1.
